EmbedJobs collects only the information needed to provide job alerts, record an application handoff, or answer an employer enquiry.

Application handoff

When the application gate is enabled, we record your email, optional name, country and the role selected before sending you to the current authorized destination. An optional CV stays quarantined until malware scanning succeeds.

Representation

We share your details with RunTime Recruitment only when you select the separate representation option. That permission concerns other suitable roles. It does not give RunTime a claim over the employer application you chose.

Retention and deletion

Applicant records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless an active representation relationship requires continued retention. Contact privacy@embedjobs.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Job alerts

Weekly email consent is separate. A subscription is not active until the confirmation process succeeds. Unsubscribe and suppression requests are honored.
